Rich in history, character, diversity and fun, The Pier is an excellent venue for themed parties or special occasions.  Hosting an event at The Pier would offer guests an opportunity to experience St. Petersburg on another level.   The distinctive structure houses five floors, some of them lending a different atmosphere for the perfect party, reception, luncheon or dinner meeting.  From formal to creative to relaxed, The Pier has the perfect place in store for you! 

Dockside Activity Room - First Level

This space is a 1,500 square foot space which hold 100 people maximum for events or meetings.  Information on this space can be emailed to you upon request.  Catering must be done by Pier restaurants.

Fresco’s 
· Located in the marina at the base of The Pier and voted a “Best of the Bay Favorite.”
· Harbourside dining-room seats 50.   Outside deck seats 50-60. 
· Eclectic menu offers New World and Gulf Coast cuisine. 
· A stage area on the deck allows for special entertainment.

FIRST LEVEL 
Johnny Reno's Waterfront Grill & Watering Hole
· Seating indoors and outdoors allows for total  capacity of 210—140 inside and 70 outside. 

SECOND LEVEL
The Pier Aquarium
 · The Pier Aquarium hosts smaller events for receptions surrounded by sea life with a capacity of up to 125. Contact The Pier Aquarium directly for rental of this space.  Contact Emily Stehle, PR/Marketing Specialist - 727.895-7437, Ext 207.

THIRD LEVEL
This level is currently unavailable for events and is only used as a back-up space. Due to the age of the building, this space frequently has leaks from pipes on the fourth level, which cannot be anticipated.

FOURTH LEVEL
The Columbia Restaurant
· A Floridian tradition, the Columbia restaurant, offers an acclaimed menu of authentic Cuban food.
· Seating capacity of 420.  Restaurant areas can be sectioned off for smaller parties.
· Floor to ceiling windows offers a magnificent view of downtown St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay.

FIFTH LEVEL  
The Observation Deck and Cha Cha Coconuts at The Pier
· Outdoor deck opens guests’ senses to fresh air, the warm sun and a scenic view of land and water.
· The observation deck can fit up to 800 people. 
· Cha Cha’s restaurant offers inside seating for 119 or 250 standing and outside seating for 85 to 276.
· Cha Cha’s menu offers a tropical Caribbean flare of all the Florida favorites.
· Area for entertainment or a stage is available.  Tents for coverage are optional.

WEDDING INFORMATION:

The Pier no longer has the staff to accommodate coordination and staffing for weddings, graduation parties and/or receptions. As of April 1, 2011, The Pier will be working with Weddings on a Whim for weddings held at The Pier or on Pier property.  Weddings on a Whim can be reached at 727-581-3446 or by emailing them at info@weddingsonawhim.com.
