The Looper Group, Inc., is a private, non-profit organization which leases vehicles from Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority (PSTA) and engages the services of Bay to Bay Transport to provide drivers and insurance coverage. Looper trolley service is provided 7 days a week and includes daily circulator service with 13 designated stops. Service runs Sunday through Thursday from 10AM-5PM. Service on Friday and Saturdays runs from 10AM until midnight. There is no service on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or on Martin Luther King Jr. day. You can board the blue Looper trolley at The Pier every fifteen minutes for 25cents and take that 25 minute tour of downtown St. Petersburg. Shuttle service is also provided for select home games of the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
